Is there a mod that let's you lock chests from other players on a server? Some people on my server are getting their stuff stolen :/

There is a few mods/datapacks like that, don't know for 1.16.3 but maybe they have updated. Other than some mods for transporting across coloured frequencies and dimensions like Ender Storage, DimStorage have security options, obviously you have Refined Storage & Applied Energistics with security solutions though they are storage systems then using just chests.
