Was wondering if there is mods out there that add bots to the game, like they play like the player, build houses or structures, mine, explore, hunt, survive. Kind of like the bush people mod on ARK but for minecraft. I mostly play single player so i was wondering if there are any mods like the ones im describing.

Depends on the version of the game your after.
If you after mobs that do things for you there is Ancient Warfare (1,12,2 and before),
Minecolonies (1.16.3 and before),
Sim U Kraft/others like it for 1.7.10 era, creating NPCs with Custom NPCs similar ones to that.
Or ones like a Player Bots that just adds mobs that make it feels like other players are in your world but don't do anything.

Any NPC mods, preferably where they act like actual players. Build, mine, farm, make random things
The combination of MineColonies and Millénaire are the best way to add player-like NPCs
There are no other mods they can do it better (as far as I know)
You can check modpacks like Life in the Village - this is based on this two mods and adds some more mods for a better vanilla experience
