I can play at 40 fps but it isn't great so I'd like to see what I could do about this. I have an rtx 2060 and an intel i7 10th gen which easily gets me super high fps without shaders on max settings. When using the shader I picked out, I wasn't expecting to get great fps but for some reason it's only locked to 40. I've reduced the game settings and it stays at 40. The only way to get rid of this is by reducing the shader settings which I'm willing to do but I've even overclocked my graphics card and cpu but it stays at 40 with maxed minecraft settings and maxed shader settings with or without the overclock.
