If there is no description saying the recommended then I'd say just give the pack a try and see what happens.
I'd say if you have the modpack and all the mods, take a look at the mods folder and if it seems like a lot of mods or big sized mods then I'd say see if your device can run it by launching it and if it can't then try another modpack or get mods from the pack you really want to experience and make your own modded instance by installing Forge and adding the mods.
As someone that looks at modpacks for spotlighting and compares with making my own (for trying out mods or posting them to Curseforge) I have known with trying out many mods and trying out different modloaders (Forge, Fabric, Liteloader) how my PC handles it. I'm no expert that I look at the size of the files/size of the modpack and know it will work XD but from just using mods for so long I can just tell from the volume due to being familiar with the mods if I can run the pack if I've used them in test instance in the past/or played with the mod in a modded survival.
the title says it all.

What MC version is the modpack?
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
1.7.10 as far as I could tell, which can be easier to run than later versions of course.
