ive downloaded forge but it dosnt upload the mods I get also it dosnt allow me to play hypixel with them which is the only reason I got it
1. You also have to download mods, just like you did with Forge. This is the best place for mods:

2. I don't think Hypixel allows modded clients. You should double check their rules.
