Is it a good idea to have a Mod combiner A thing Program or online website that Combines mod!
Lets take, for example:
Optifine and World Downloader
We combine them and it make One mod (.jar file) that Works just fine it loads Both mods just fine, and i am not talking just about one mod but multiple!
Like Lets take All of the mods on RLCraft and combine them into ONE The RLCraft Mod ! It would Be cool!
And its not a problem if it weights like 2 Go.
So IF YOU CAN DO IT Then Do it! send the link to download.
And if you Like/Approuve of this idea the Say it and express yourself!
Agreed that's not how Java works. If it were possible not the best for file sizes either.
Also RLCraft is a "modpack".
A modpack is a collection of mods. A modpack is not a mod.
If you wanted Optifine and World Downloader to work, keeping with your example
1.You create an instance, say in a 1.12.2,
2.You download both mods and put them into the mods folder.
3.You zip it up correctly with the compress tools the third party launcher has (I'm used to doing it this way with MultiMC and Twitch)
4.And you import to a launcher that allows for modpack/instance importing.
5.Then you create an instance, import the modpack and it unloads everything to be ready.
It takes like less than 2 minutes to do all of this.
Even with the Vanilla/Mojang launcher just zipping the mods (saves/configs/resourcepack if you wanted) and then moving it to those that can unzip it and put the files in the correct locations. Done.

That's not how Java works, sorry.

I know RLCraft is a modpack i said to combine all of the mods inside of it.
ANd thank you
Your welcome. If it were possible I'd love to see it but with how each mod uses a modloader and so much going on I just don't see it happening.
