The Haven is the first portal i've opened and there are no mobs, not in easy, normal, or hard. I tried putting peaceful and back to normal but still nothing.
The AoA mobs spawn in the overworld and nether so i'm not sure what's going on. Any advice?

Update: mobs don't spawn in any portal i use
Are you on a server with Spongeforge? Are you using custommobspawner?
Both of these are known to cause issues.
