Hello, I have issues with LAG spikes in my minecraft game... I'm using the following mods on a 1.10.2 version.

Decocraft Template Texturepack (I don't actually know if this is part of the mod or what... but I put it in the mods folder and it doesn't crash my game so...)

Those are all the mods I have and I also use shaders and a texture pack!

Texture Pack: DokuCraft high
My issue is I get bad lag spikes (and I already have 3RAM allowed and have between 34-40 fps before I get the terrible Lag Spikes).... I would have a steady game play experience then all of a sudden HUGE LAG SPIKE! ... I don't know if it's this, but when a minecraft song starts playing, after a short while LAG SPIKE! and music stops playing... also when it's raining, the sound stops with the lag spike but after the lag the rain sounds continue... My computer is pretty beast, it can handle any game at max graphics(cinematic, ULTRA) and run the game smoothly, no lag... :/ so I'm stomped.. Also not a lot of mods are spawning... like before a ton of mods would spawn around me, now barely anything spawns... are any of the mods clashing?? Please help!!
