So I was playing on some multiplayer servers, and when I go onto multiplayer I take my mods off. I decided to go back to single player and forgot to turn my mods back, so when I went onto my world, years worth of building got destroyed, plus it would take forever to rebuild and would probably look completely different. I'm trying to find out if there's any way to undo the last save??
I don't think that's possible, didn't you get the warning when you tried to join a Modded World without Mods?
That warning (and associated automatic zip backup) comes from Forge. However, the OP presumably removed/disabled Forge in order to be able to play on vanilla servers.
@Sabun did you happen to have any mods installed that would automatically back up your world? AromaBackup is probably the best known such mod, and would hopefully enable you to restore, but only if you had it installed beforehand.
Also, to reduce the risk of this happening again, I suggest you set up separate profiles for your modded single-player play and your multiplayer vanilla play that use distinct folders.
