While I appreciate the advice, the whole entire point of me starting with this mod pack was because it had a working set of mods and I already knew (from years of modding) what mods conflict when put together. I'm looking for a fix because I would like to move forward.
I decided to build off of ATM 3 to start where they last left off on their update and added mods and configured them and got this crash.

Unless you had a good reason to change the mod pack, I would suggest playing it "as is," and let the author handle the updates.
Changing a balanced and configured mod pack can lead to trouble.
