Greetings my dudes.
have anyone had this issue before? anybody solved it?
Running 1.10.2 cliend with properly installed RTG. (runs in client as it should)
Running 1.10.2 Bukkit server.
Using "level-type=RTG" in the properties.
But no matter what you do, worlds are being generated only with vanilla gen.
P.s. i have no other mods installed atm.
P.p.s please help.
Are you using a normal Bukkit server without Forge installed?
and just put the .jar of RTG in the plugins folder
If so it won't work no.
You also need forge on your server for it to work and if you want plugins with forge i would recommend https://github.com/CyberdyneCC/Thermos

Thanks for the reply.
No im not putting the RTG into the plugins. it is only installed in the MC client, which has Forge.
I cant remember anywhere specified that you need a Forge on the server too to make the RTG run on it, so thanks for that, ill try it out.
yeah, that was the case of my problem.
i basically needed to:
1) install a clean forge server
2) run it till it creates all needed folders and stuff
3) put the RTG mod that i use in the client into the mods folder in the server root forlder
4)add RTG to the properties
thanks a lot my man, that was a stupid mistake to make from my side!
Mods are completely differten from plugins.
That's why they won't work in the plugins folder. And for Forge you need the same forge version as your Client sided Forge.
But i think you already knew this according to your last reply.
And if you need more help just let me know
Enjoy playing modded
