Never mind I figured it out and now it stopped crashing.

Hi, I downloaded the 1.11 Forge version and the journeymap mod, but whenever I start playing it works for ~30sec and then crashes. I don't know at all what does mean the error message, so I hope someone with more computer technical knowledge could explain me what's wrong. Here's the error message:
#
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x50ead0b3, pid=9888, tid=0x000023ac
#
# JRE version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (8.0_111-b14) (build 1.8.0_111-b14)
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (25.111-b14 mixed mode windows-x86 )
# Problematic frame:
# C [ig8icd32.dll+0xad0b3]
#
# Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows

# The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code.

So I tried it without the mods, using vanilla 1.11.1 and the game crashed again. Here's the new error message:

You have a hardware problem. Unfortunately, Google doesn't provide any information.Post a DXDiag report so we can see your hardware.Note to self: read the whole post. Glad you figured it out.
