I have ended up with the ability to see chest carts through solid stone, as shown in attached screenshot. I've tried disabling mods to get rid of it, back to ones that I'm certain are from before this started happening (except for Correlated Potentialistics, because disabling that one causes my saves to disappear from the single-player world selection screen, but I've searched the GitHub source of that mod, and can find no reason for that mod to cause this to happen). I was unsuccessful at tracking down a mod to blame for this.
Does anybody have an idea which mod might be causing this, and what I can change in the configs to get rid of it?
Edit: I found out that it was a partially-intentional effect from Railcraft (https://github.com/CovertJaguar/Railcraft/issues/956), yet somehow once it happens, the effect persists even if I disable that mod, though not if I disable the "seasonal module" as described in that bug.
