Hello everyone, I am planning on making a modpack and I don't know what mods to use, so I am asking for all of your favorite mods that I can add. I don't care what the mod based of (For example BuildCraft is based off of machines and Better Dungeons is based off of exploration) as long as its fun. Please try to leave out OreSpawn because I've played that mod so many times that I lost interest in it. The mods can for be any version past 1.6.4 and before 1.8. Thank you.

This is very biased, but I like the Frozencraft mod, which is mostly because Frozen is the best movie ever made, no exceptions. Anyway, I also like Ruins, Galacticraft, Dessertcraft, Power Suits, MC Heli, Thaumcraft, Thaumic Tinkerer if you have Tinker's Construct, Dynamic Lighting, Rougelike Dungeons, and Steve's Carts. You don't have to use all of them.
EDIT: Saw the thing about OreSpawn, so I removed it from my list and added MC Heli.
EDIT AGAIN: Added Dynamic Lighting.
OK, LAST EDIT: Added Rougelike Dungeons.
I have Ruins, Galacticraft, Powersuits, Tinkers Construct and Dynamic Lighting. I cant add Rougelike Dungeons to my list because sadly it requires its own world generation so it wont have any of the Biomes o Plenty biomes.
EDIT: The modpack will up for download if all goes well once I add all the mods and edit the config files so Better Dungeons works with Biomes o Plenty.
I'm not sure if I will put it on the Technic Launcher because I'm not sure if it will be for download. I have to get permission from all the mod creators and if some mods don't work together (BuildCraft and IC2) I would have to do some heavy config editing. If I ever do want to put it up for download I will probably just put in the forums modpack section.
Try Thaumcraft and its addons, its a perfect mix of magic and tech plus has a good rpg feel. It can be just as advanced as buildcraft with ways to automate mining, shorting, planting/harvesting and even automated defence.

Edit: Thaumcraft might be removed as I just generated a world and the biomes don't spawn with Biomes o Plenty.
You can fix the biomes not spawning with Bop by increasing the chance of them spawning in the thaumcraft config, its not that there not spawning its just that the more biomes added to the game the lower chance of any one to spawn, so the odds of getting a thaumcraft one with Bop is very very small.

The problem is the game would crash when I change the config files for thaumcraft.
