They don't have textures, as that is not really my strong point, but these are some models I've been working on. Feedback would be appreciated. I've got a bunch of these, not all of them dinosaurs, but these are some of my favorites.
Why is that? I use techne and im a part of 2 mods and been invited to other 2 and I started modeling this year. Plus, techne and tabula are quite the same and you can use techne files in tabula

Techne doesn't have any support for child-part modeling, meaning anything with a joint in your models is practically useless, programming wise.
Been enjoying Tabula, thank you for the suggestion, after playing around for some time to get used to it, I made this.
Dracovenator is a close relative to Dilophosaurus, This model stands 3.25 meters high and about 7 meters long. I would have feathered it in the texture but it was probably a piscivore and as I understand it protofeathers weren't great at handling water. Player model to the side for comparison.
yes, ill send a link

I think its spelled "unique". And thanks, my next model is going to be Sarcosuchus.
After taking a look at the Mosasaurus model, I decided to update it as it was kind of old, here is the new one.
cool, maybe try to do mammals to see how it will look

How about Viverra leakeyi?
And a Cervalces latifrons, A prehistoric species of deer.
All your models are all well and good, but you ain't gonna make it anywhere if you don't use tabula. Techne is very outdated.

I'll probably look into tabula to see if I like it or techne better, to be honest I just hadn't really realised there was an alternative to techne.
Techne doesn't have any support for child-part modeling, meaning anything with a joint in your models is practically useless, programming wise.
Alex, not offend you or anything, but what people use for modelling is their choice, you can't just go around criticizing people.
Check out De-Extinction Mod!!!
Alright then, I guess they can continue using techne. Enjoy your un-animateable models! :3
Yeah Tabula Is Most Better Than Techne,In Controls,Appearence,And Animations
I use tabula, but I believe should have the liberty to choose what programs they want to modeling.
Check out De-Extinction Mod!!!
I'm not saying he can't use that, I'm saying he'll get nowhere using that(the truth).
He will, though the time wasted will be more

As well as an as of yet, untextured Utahraptor.
Finished The Utahraptor texture, needed to make a new post because of the attachments limit.
Contrary to the belief of many, derived raptors, especially the large ones, were built for explosive power as opposed to speed.
More pics sitting underneath.
Im just here for the model ideas for my mod XD
