Could you try making the Pumpkin Lord? It's basically a Wither Skeleton that wears a Jack O' Lantern, has a lot of health, and summons invisible Baby Zombies (Wearing Pumpkins, giving the illusion of floating Pumpkins that run really fast). So, what do you think? Plus (This is optional), it will summon a Wither when it dies!
