yeh that was never dealt with. it's to do with how on earth the right way to render stuff on racks is... I wanted the rack to replicate as if it were held in the users hand.. however the renderers in items aren't very flexible in that.

When it comes to rendering stuff on item racks or weapon racks, you could work with the creator of Bibliocraft on that. He's actually made tool racks that render the items quite well. It looks amazing from what I've seen.

but you can use the "inventory" or the :"entity" item renderer for the anvils, benchtops, tailors and all the other surfaces.. the racks however are ment to replicate the item being held(so things like heavy weapons scale up and such)
Just about given up on the source so far. It's got so many errors I can't believe. Might want to check with Forge forums moderators to get a few bits of extra help, as some methods and fields simply don't exist in 1.7.2 now.

Just checking in for some coders in a certain field- Mostly gui and list ordering. I'm going to experiment a bit with crafting mechanics, going to create a system similar to MC on the consoles- no grid, just a list of items. It would involve a list of recipes, then a list of projects selected, and from there they are crafted with interactions. Anyone available with experience in that. (not just gui screens, the works of formatting a list of recipes and ordering them into categories)
You need to post the sources on github. Also, please try to reduce the scope of features to have a working set.

I've got both the remake(that's sort of in the works),, and the previous beta that could be tuned up and re-released, I suppose if you want, you can have a go at fixing the beta up

Github allows to share in a controlled environment, notably, you're the one to choose which fixes you want to take from other developers.
Also, knowing that a remake is in progress, it might be better to actually work on it instead of fixing a beta that is already on death row.

Well, if you are asking about recreating the crafting system I am more than capable of do that. I'm experienced with Items / Blocks, World Generation, Tile Entities, Entities, Special Rendering, Particles, GUI's, and ASM Coding. If you want prior work than click here. Overall, I think I am more than able to do said work.
- It would solve the bug list since Github has an issues tab. Then just post a link to it publicly with info on how to submit issues.
