I know the answer but my fingers are tired from typing, so I'll make this as short as possible:
1. Download the recommended installer for forge 1.6.2.
2. Open it up and click install client then click, make sure your minecraft folder is selected then click OK.
3. Download flans mod and pixelmon for 1.6.2
4. Open your minecraft folder
5. Open Up pixelmon folder, replace the mods folder in mine craft with one in pixelmon.
6. Put database in your minecraft folder
7. Put the flans mod in your mod folder.
8. Open up minecraft with your forge folder
9. Give me the crash report if it crashes.
Hope it works!

I got this.
Dont know what happened
Found the problem in a second or two. You have Minecraft at 1.6.4 so you need to downgrade the forge folder:
1. Open up minecraft launcher
2. Switch to forge but don't open mine craft
2. Click edit profile
3. Choose User version and scroll down to forge 1.6.2
i know a way that works everytime.
1. download the latest forge installer.
2. run the latest version of minecraft.
3. press the forge installer jar
4. press install client (it should make a new version called 1.6.4 forge or something that says forge in it)
5. download the mods you want. (make sure they are the latest version. if they aren't then you cant get them...
6. get the mods and drag them into your mods folder in minecraft folder.
7. run minecraft and you should be done

Dude, no offence, but that doesn't work all the time.
i know a way that works everytime.
1. download the latest forge installer. You need to mention that its has to be the recommended version.
2. run the latest version of minecraft. You don't have to do this. Plus minecraft actually has to be at the version of your mods, not latest
3. press the forge installer jar.
4. press install client (it should make a new version called 1.6.4 forge or something that says forge in it) You need to make sure minecraft folder is chosen and you have to press ok.
5. download the mods you want. (make sure they are the latest version. if they aren't then you cant get them...) You can get older version mods, just everything has to be at the same version. Plus some mods like pixelmon have more folders than just mods.
6. get the mods and drag them into your mods folder in minecraft folder. Some mods like pixelmon have more folders than just mods.
7. run minecraft and you should be done
ummmm i was messing around and i changed a few things so when i open minecraft and hit play it starts the game but it doesnt have any mods. any suggestions

What mods do you want installation instructions for?
some time to look them up.
I will be on about 4:00 to 5 or 6

6. Put database in your minecraft folder
7. Put the flans mod in your mod folder.
8. Open up minecraft with your forge folder
9. Give me the crash report if it crashes.
Hope it works!
