Far as I know the answer is no. You would be copyrighting things that already have a copyright. They only way you could is if you added a mod you created to the pack. but then that would a copyright for that mod only. Now if you made an installer or launcher you could also copyright that but its the same thing as your mod, only applies to that mod or launcher.
I would add something to where ever you post it to say Do not distribute this pack anywhere else. but really if someone else did they would be breaking the mod authors copyright not yours as you cant hold rights over there work.
Here is the "License" I hold on my pack, (can be find on my banner below)
This mod pack is a non-profit service provided to the Minecraft community using content developed freely, and provided as not for profit to the community. The original works within this Mod Pack are not claimed to be owned by the developers of this Mod Pack, all original content is the product of those individuals who created those mods. It infringes on no one's copyright.
Do not redistribute this pack anywhere else, that would mean you would be giving out the mods and thats a no no.
If you want to use our installer for something else go ahead. but it will have DNS' name and links plastered all over it.
Thats ours, feel free to copy it if its what your looking for.
