To decompile it with modloader I just did it like you would install modloader. I tried with and without META-INF but the errors stay. I used an unmodded resources file.
I would recomend using forge because the new forge comes with modloader (fml = forge modloader) and it has its own mcp installer, this is what i use to decompile and it works flawlessly for me.. if you decide to use forge with mcp make sure you use the newest mcp and use the src version of forge that is for your version of minecraft.. also make sure you have a clean bin, resorces, minecraft.jar, and minecraft_server.jar. i would recomend checking out these tutorials,, HERE ---- and this is the wiki for decompiling with forge, HERE ---- and this is the link for mcp, HERE ---- and this is lhe link for the forge source, HERE ----
I hope this helps.

wouldnt it be nice if mods were automatically updated by a code in minecraft that pointed to the changes required for the mod to be updated? what if we could write a code that would do that?? would you want it to be part of the minecraft main release??

Play Kag

But I need modloader...
I am using the right version, and that is how I installed modloader.
I hope this helps.

The addSound method is expecting arguments of types java.lang.String and java.io.File, not java.lang.String and java.net.URL.
