I'm not sure if someone has posted it already here, but I saw that in the first post, the Nuclear Branch wasn't included. I'm not sure if it's not included because the creator of this topic didn't find information about it yet or just because he/she didn't have time yet. Anyway, I'm posting here how to get all the bees of this branch (I'll put in spoilers so you only read it if you want to):
The first bee is the Unstable Drone:
Combine an Austere Princess/Drone with a Rocky Princess/Drone to get an Unstable Drone (not that easy, though).
Effect: Radioactive (Destroys/melts any block on a 19x7x19 radius + Hurts you).
Flower: Rock (Cobblestone)
Produces: Barren Comb
The second bee is the Nuclear Drone:
Combine an Unstable Princess/Drone with a Ferrous Princess/Drone to get a Nuclear Drone
Effect: Radioactive (Destroys/melts any block on a 19x7x19 radius + Hurts you).
Flower: Rock (Cobblestone)
Produces: Barren Comb
The third and final bee is the Radioactive Drone:
Combine a Nuclear Princess/Drone with a Aureus Princess/Drone to get a Radioactive Drone

I'm still trying to find how to get the Caustic and it's branch since it's needed for the final level of the energetic branch (until Binnie fixes the branch).. Anyone willing to tip me in the right direction?

I'm using the Extra Bees add on, and currently I'm working with Energetic bees. I am having the issue with the fact they are not accepting the "flowers" around them, which I heard is redstone. I put up redstone ore, and redstone dust, but they are still saying no flowers! What am I doing wrong?!T.T It's redstone torches... ._.Oh god, I hate the lightning effect... what should I breed them with to get rid of that in a good way? Like, replace it with say... regeneration? (note: I'm cheating and using the imprinter so nothing is too hard to get :D)
First off great guide helped me alot but i dont seem to be able to get the tropical bee's going. i thought they needed ferns but it aint working. placed vine's flowers tallgrass you name it next to em. they do poison me but keep getting the no flowers error. Can anyone plz confirm what type of 'Flower" they need? (the apiary is in a jungle biome btw)
Edit nvm it seems the queen i was useing bugged out for some reason got a new princess and drone and they seem to be behaving now

Aqeuous: Vis + Wintry
Earthen: Vis + Marshy
Fiery: Vis + Modest
Don't worry about Taint bees... they seriously just show up everywhere. Try to get the others and you will get taint bees in the process... Don't know yet the best way to overcome this... On to survival mode!

No, I haven't used the latest dev builds of extra bees so I don't know if it has changed.
ExtraBees currently is quite buggy for 1.3.2. Most hives drop Valiant bees, and ExtraBee breeds aren't breeding as they should. I'm sure once university settles down for Binnie and he can come back and keep modding things will be fixed, but right now, while ExtraBees doesn't crash, it also doesn't work right.

and how can i get pure bees when you get hybrids all the time?

It works, it just takes forever to get.

It is a SUPER LOW chance it will mutate and make sure your in a FOREST biome
