Can someone make a full auto tool switch script? Example, starting to punch a stone block will switch your item in hand to your pickaxe from your hotbar/inventory. Once it breaks you switch back to what you were using before.

The reason its so long is because I could not find a way to put multiple conditions in the if statements. I tried using ||, but it would not work correctly. I decided to do this even though there was a mod for it because I wanted to see if I could replicate that mod (AutoSwitch). The one thing I can't figure out is how to switch back to the slot you were previously in, like in the mod.
However, there are some advantages to using this script instead if the mod, with this script, you can better customize what you want to switch to. Also, I put some warnings in for silverfish blocks and little part that shouts "DIAMONDS!!!" when you are mining diamond ore.

I finally found how to compact everything, and how to return to the item you were using before you activated the auto switch macro. Here is what I came up with:

I just happened to make a script for this today! Just open your keybindings page, click whatever key you want to bind this to, in the script, type in

However, there are some advantages to using this script instead if the mod, with this script, you can better customize what you want to switch to. Also, I put some warnings in for silverfish blocks and little part that shouts "DIAMONDS!!!" when you are mining diamond ore.

but this give me the second choice (melt, ect) in first so it's not good

Yes to add another option, add one to the first prompt (in the first line). Then add this, replacing the options with what you would like.:

Also the word wrapping sort of messed up the coding, at the end of each line there should be a ; And when you paste it into a file in the game it sort of realigns everything
Usage:
Press hotkey and press 1 and enter if you want to eat raw food, rotten flesh, or spider eyes. Type anything before pressing enter if you do not want to eat raw food, etc.. To stop, press hotkey and enter.
