Too Many Items, Single Player commands, Cheat Pack, Optifine, Aether are some good mods that people like.

Make sure to get the owners permission.
Also its "every" and not "evre"

Make an inception themed one. Have a gun mod, infinite cities, smart movement, helicopters, Too many items, humans+, etc

Anything and everything that makes vanilla more fun. No extra monsters - like elemental creepers - I would find that very annoying.
