Edit: Thank you dezlad (I think I spelled it correctly, tell me if I spelled it wrong) telling me to delete the mod_tome.class file in my minecraft.jar, but now when I go to play a level, the game displays the “Saving chunks” like it crashes then blackscreens. It didn’t come up with an error log, but I think it did, I couldn’t copy+paste it fast enough. Can someone tell me how to get the error log? Like I said any help is appreciated.
Edit II: I got the error log (Thank you MCPatcher!):

I’m very suspicious if it’s a conflict with the Dynamic Lighting mod included with the MCPatcher. MCPatcher does modify my minecraft.jar, if I am correct. I don’t know what the conflict is.
Edit III: Added code BBCode.
Old Stuff:
So I have this mod called “tome”. I decided not to keep it so I deleted the mod_tome.zip in the mods folder. But when I start up my Minecraft…
…it crashes. And it crashed along with an error log. Yes, I deleted the two files inside META-INF that were starting with MOJANG

In error log.
I don’t know why it crashed, but I don’t know if I uninstalled it correctly. Can anyone help me? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
If you don't need modloader, uninstall it. I think it is trying to load a mod that no longer exists.
Soo, just force update or something.

the error log says its trying to load the tome mod, but the .zip isnt in its directory, are you sure you didn't change any of the .class files in the minecraft.jar specifically for that mod?
Open up the jar in winrar or any other program like it. Delete the mod_tome file. Hope it helps :smile.gif:
Yes, but now I when I go to play a world, after the level is loaded, it displays the saving chunks screen and crashes. I haven’t tried it yet with a new world. Is there any mods (mods are in the error log) that conflict with one another?
Can someone tell me how to get the error log? Like I said any help is appreciated.Edit II: I got the error log (Thank you MCPatcher!):

2. Keep your worlds if you need them, delete the .minecraft folder, then reinstall it.
I added an error log (thank you MCPatcher) so if anyone wants to tell me why it’s crashing. And I edited the OP.
