i downloaded the mo creatures but idk how to unzip the folders

ok well i have 7 zip i guess its the same thing.
so i just extract the folders n dats it.
cause ive done it before and it give me another folder
wat do i do with the zipped oh and the audio mod loader,GUAPI,and Mod loader

im thinking about it it just has other mods i dont like
(the ones i like - Mo,Creatures,Timber,Hot airballon thingy.
(the ones i dont like - Millanere Or watever
