I am kinda shamed that I DON'T know how to do this. So the question is, whilst using Xau most RECENT patcher, i.e, the, 'mcpatcher-2.1.0_02.jar', the one that allows you not to repatch every time when you want to switch HD texture packs.
It's great, I know right? I have my .jar with 'Texture Cache' ON and water, lava, fire and portal on 'Custom Animated'. However if a texture pack that is 16px by 16px resolution and DOES NOT HAVE a custom water and animation the resulting water and moving water textures are of those in the, 'terrain.png' (I think?). Which is really ugly.
E.g.
As opposed to this: NOTE: I am not claiming this as my pack it is the fan updated 'Cavestory' texture pack.
So is their a way to keep my 16x16 texture pack with the default water (the proper one) whilst using Xau's Patcher without having to set the patcher to, 'Default' on water without screwing up all the other texture packs that are HD and do have custom water.
I want to know if there is a custom_waterstill.png and custom_waterflow.png of actually the default texture's so people who do use Xau's patcher (which a lot of people do), won't see that ugly water with my pack without me creating a custom water of my own (which I haven't done before and are inexperienced) or telling them to UNPATCH their .jar just to use my pack which is highly annoying to some people.
My best guess is there isn't a way to bypass it and I would have to repatch my jar to default and tell in my thread to people to do so too, if they want to get rid of that weird water.
Please feel free to tell me, 'WTF are you talking about' and I'll try to explain myself better.
What in the world are you talking about? Have I not made myself clear?
I want the default minecraft water textures whilst using Xau's HD patcher with water, lava, fire and portal checks on 'Custom Animated'. But clearly I do not want a custom animated water but instead it renders the water you see in the first picture which is incorrect. Is there a way to revert to the normal Minecraft water texture as you see the in the second picture while avoiding to re-patch the .jar and changing the water to 'Default' as you see in the third picture.
The reason why I ask this is because I do not wish for myself or the future viewers and users of my texture pack to re-patch their .jar just to get rid of the incorrect water if they are users of Xau's Patcher because they will see the incorrect water due to them having their settings to 'Custom Animated' for water, lava, fire and portal. Now is that clear? Note: This is not meant to sound patronizing in anyway, just a more thorough.
So can anyone else tell me how to get rid of these textures. That are found in the, 'terrain.png'
For the normal default textures as shown here.
Those first textures appear if you have 'Water' and 'Lava' checked on 'Custom Animated' when using Xau's patcher, is there way to to retain the default textures while avoiding in repatching the .jar?

impossible without messing up the texture packs that ARE using the custom thingy.
Is it possible to create a 'custom_waterstill.png' and 'custom_waterflowing.png' of the actual default textures, so that it would still work whislt using Xau's patcher and without screwing up other HD packs too?
Also I've heard that the water animation is actually written in the code not in the terrain.png, so is it possible to package my pack with that specific code .class file and retain the default water?

@ReviveMyLive Your comments so far have not been helpful at all, if I knew how to do custom water or the specific code .class I would of done it.
The reason I put forward this predicament is that I'm working on a texture pack that uses minecraft's default deep aquamarine blue as it is part of its looks and a custom water will not suffice.
