I know quite a bit but i've never done any programming or anything similar really, but if someone would mabye like to exchange email's/Im's and teach me how to make mods and do other similar things please post a comment, i'd really appreciate it! (When I get a job, I want to be a video game designer, so this would be great practice)

If you would like to be a video game programmer working for a company like blizzard or whatever it you want to work with, you should definitely look into the C programming languages. To my knowledge most games are written in C++ unless they're flash games, minecraft, runescape, or things like that. Basically you should know C before java. If you want to learn programming i would recomend buying books, getting a teacher, and looking at already existing mods.
as Beu50 said, you need to hire a teacher, look at mods, etc. but most importantly, keep trying! if it dosent work the first time, look at the code, and than try to find your own problem.

I appreciate all the advice, but I don't have money for a teacher and I have absoloutly no idea where to start.... That's kinof why I'm asking for help

I'm not really sure, whichever is easier and better for modding I guess
well i suppose java is more simple and better for minecraft modding but C will give you a better base for pretty much every programming language. So java is it?

Yeah sounds good, I'm assuming once I learn java, C will be easier to learn later.

Its actaully the other way around but ok. So go ahead and download eclipse IDE for java developers off google and try to get that up and running to the point were you can start new projects and everything. its a large download so it may take some time.

OK well first off what OS are you on?
Windows 7
Actually, do you mind if we talk on (If you have it) MSN Messenger? It would be easier
K, are you interested in learning Java or C. Java is more of a small or indie game type thing and C is used for more professional applications.
