I have a idea for a library but im not sure if i can get them to place actuall bookcases in there... maybe if i could trade the stuff needed to make them with the town then it make more sense but im not sure how to do that.....if anyone can help me i need all i can get.
I just had your mansion built, wondered if there was any reason there was a block missing from the front and if the little dug-out bit outside the entrance was on purpose? (Unless of course this was from *before* you updated it, and you've since taken it out, in which case just ignore me :smile.gif: )
Here's the link to a small house i've built, on the same scale as the lumberjack home, with upgrades as your resources start coming in, but hasn't yet been built by my villagers... I'll add pics as i get them, if i get them, and if anyone can tell me why it hasn't worked so far (other than just plain not-being-built-yet-give-it-time), i'd love your suggestions :tongue.gif: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22559353/Chambre.zip
Fixed the dirt and the ditch in the last update, the hole was meant to be inside to lead to the attic
Did you test the warehouse? It deletes the buildings rather than adding to them. Is it supposed to do that? If so, it seems weird. :biggrin.gif:

There are only a few complex objects, and bookcases aren't one of them, but you can use Wool blocks (uppercase W) to mark places where bookcases should go, and design the building that way. Wool takes no resources to place.

Hello, i downloaded the zip for the playerowned 20x20 area before and place its "schematics" and the custom text file it came with into the buildingplans/customers.
The villagers never build this (havnt had the area built up to now)
Was "customers" a typo in your message, did you place it in customers or custom? Are they building anything else? They may need to complete their current project before moving on to the next. The sign on the left side shows their current project, and the sign on the right side shows their desired goal, which, with the right priority and resources, should be your desired building. They may need to complete their current goal before selecting your building. A huge priority value may cause problems. Try a priority of 100. If the structure has multiple floors, make sure each floor has the same number of lines, and that there is not more than one blank line between floors.
If all else fails, try this:
twentybytwenty_0.txt
area to clear;first level relative to soil;sign order(blank for custom);orientation(0 up, 1 left)

EDIT: Turns out i didn't have a millenaire folder within my .minecraft folder, but was just building plans. Al fixed and they are now building! Thank you very much!
That's... very odd. Did they build any other buildings? O.o; You should have millenaire\buildingplans\core and millenaire\buildingplans\extra - re-extract them from the download if necessary, a lot of them were updated for 2.2 - tho this may cause problems with your existing world.

Looks like you have an extra line at the bottom of your forge text. Making it think there is another floor. I might be wrong though.

It takes my women a lot of time to build the cimetiere, i think it is bugged...
I'll test it again, mine had no probs. Make sure that they are not still filling underneath it
Also i noticed strange Strings inside the txt files from said package, stuff like : "area /o clear; firs/ level rela/ive /o soil;" ... and so on. Saw the same replacement error with a 'c' instead. more confusing than a problem but just wanted to note that.
My assumption is that people used "find and replace all" in a faster way to change things to and from c, or deleting wooden stairs :tongue.gif:

Fishing rods are SOOOOO useful to get your women back to work if they decide to dance in circles again or stopped completely. Oddly this makes you look like a slave driver beating workers with a whip when you switch to 3rd person :biggrin.gif:
This is actually a remarkably good idea, i'll have to use this...

As far as i can see in chambre_3 there is one entertoo much after the second layer.
edit:
and in chambre_0 after the first layer one enter too much.
Thanks! Didn't see that! I'll sort that out, and see if it makes a difference....

I'm trying to work out what i've messed up here, and i'm probably missing it like a total idiot, but if someone could point it out?
Quite easy, you are missing some semicolons at chambre.0.txt
Download my building pack, open a building and copy the first to lines to chambre_0.txt
Hmm, that certainly did the trick, but is quite bizarre, as i had exactly the same text (in appearance, at least) to your's... But i did as i said, copied them over, and it worked like a charm! Now to do the same to the upgrades... Thanks! :biggrin.gif:
Edit: Upgrades are all in, i didn't get an error (finally!), so i'm assuming that means it's all accurate... All that needs to happen now is for them to build it, then i shall upload pictures (Y) Thanks Werzieq!
Dw...I'm always ready to help you guys on the forums...
can anyone take all of these buildings and punt them into one file with directions how to install them individually or all at the same time (also add credits and pictures of each one to the makers of the buildings plus millenaire) then post it for everyone because it would be much faster than picking and choosing on the forum. for who ever does. THANKS! (yes that was a preemptive thanks)
[EDIT]
also is anyone working on a roads pack that makes the buildings connected by roads?
creeper says "thats a very nice millenaire village you have there" sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
i dl this pack and my builders aren't building anything...i am completely shitty with code lol but i just dragged the files to their appropriate places. still nothing. did i have to alter sum code sum where?

Nice to see all the new buildings up for download now! I'll have to try out some of them, and see if I can package a few in a future release.

Also, if you add a building to the millenair file and then continue with an already made save file, will they eventually make the new building or is it determent from the moment the village gets generated wich buildings will be built ?
It will work with older villages. New buildings will be available to them when they pick a new construction target.

Im gonna try this in aprox 30 mins :smile.gif:
*edit*
Proves to be a little harder than i thought it would be :smile.gif: ground floor is finished, it has a bar and ofc a front desk. First floor has 4 rooms. Too bad you cant add chests :sad.gif:
Oh i know, i if we could then we could we would have a lot more access like having villagers stay in extra buildings we add in(hint hint nudge nudge) . me and my friend use this mod add we are in the process of trying to design travelers who move city to city give supplies to people and then they take up space in the inn AND (here's the big one) make roads city to city (but it's right now only a thought bubble).
also when ever we could add chests we could make it an upgrade of the tavern and that's if laziness strikes only. i really want it as a separate building :smile.gif:
