Unless you modified the minecraft.jar file, there is an option to revert back to the old texture pack in the main menu. select Mods and Texture Packs and then select Default.

I did that but unless its already selected it wont let me click it, and it still wont work. I could of adjusted the jar file on accident tho, idk.
Delete the version file and the minecraft.jar on the bin folder
Next time you enter the game, it should redownload to a vanilla one, with the default texture.

I could find a bin folder, but not 1 with minecraft in it
...
Fine. On Windows, go to Start>Run.
Then write this:
%appdata%
Then hit enter or click OK
Then go to .minecraft
Then go to bin
Then find the version file
Then delete it.
Then play minecraft.
Then wait it for it to REDOWNLOAD EVERYTHING!SHUT!EVERYTHING!DOWN!
Then resume playing.
