The latest version of MCP has a "lib" file that you can put your external .class and .jar files into, but when I try it with ModLoader, I get all kinds of errors like:
src/minecraft/net/minecraft/src/mod_Housemod.java:122: cannot find symbol
symbol : variable ModLoader
location: class net.minecraft.src.mod_Housemod
ModLoader.AddName(tentClear, "Pack Up Tent");
Is there a different way to do this? When I mod ML into MineCraft, and use those files, I get decompile errors and stuff about having a modded MineCraft.
If this isn't a good place to post this, can you tell me where I should post it?
Posted the tutorial on teh MCP Forum:

The original post got edited
And also, using this method, you cannot use the test_game.bat to test your mods..
So i'm thinking that this tutorial isn't really complete or helpful. Good try though.
you cannot use test_game.bat with modloader. theres no ways to do that.
Thats how I test all of my mods.. I can promise that it is possible. I just don't have time to make a tutorial.
ok :smile.gif:
