Update! I believe I fixed the problem that was causing snow to show up in biomes where it should not and causing snow to not showing in biomes where it should be.
Woo! I shall begin testing right away. :smile.gif:

Is it just me, or are there WAY TOO MANY FORESTS. Not sure weather it's the mod, but everywhere I turn there's another mother****ing huge forest.
Not nearly enough desert. Even with this mod on deserts are godamn tiny.
Personally I'd like to see Notch make oceans a biome in of themselves, and stop interrupting biomes with large bodies of water. Especially when it's a desert biome.
For some horrific and insane reason I can no longer even open up an existing save let alone start a new world after installing your mod. The game freezes and an error report shows.

Yeah, I'm getting this too. I once spawned in a grassy area, but it quickly gave way to a neverending forest. Snow areas are completely non-existent. I've only ever seen one desert, and it was tiny.

The crash report shows you we using Clint version 1.2.0 and the mod was updated to work with version 1.2.1
Even with a downgraded version (3.1a) I get an error, and my client stays at 1.2.0 even when I update it.

Maybe I'm being a derp or my computer is dicks.
3.1a is still for 1.2.1. Version 3.1 and earlier are for 1.2.0 but don't contain the snow fix. You really should try to get your client to update. I'd try by deleting your bin and resources folders in .minecraft or backing up your save file to somewhere and deleting your entire .minecraft folder. After you do either of these run Minecraft.exe and let it update and it should go to 1.2.1

I was right about to post that I got this problem. Renaming or deleting your bin and resource folders works like a charm, thanks.
My game is crashing when I join an SMP server with this mod installed. It's the only mod I have installed, and it crashes. I've deleted bin folder, let Minecraft redownload the files, delete META-INF, put the biome mod class files in, and each time, it crashes when I join an SMP server. Single player works fine however, and I like the mod, but if it conflicts with SMP, I can't use it.

Anyway, the temperature seems to stay the same without the mod, so i don't see why it doesn't save it with it.
I don't have a META-INF file ;-;
