Since you seem to be absolutely fantastic about placement mods, I was wondering if it's even *possible*, but could you by any chance make a mod to allow minecart tracks to be placed on walls?
I've asked around but have got zero answers. If not, or you're too busy to work on it, I understand, I was mainly just wondering :biggrin.gif:

I'm a little busy at the moment with homework and stuff but I'm fairly sure that if I allowed tracks to be placed on walls, the physics of the game would not be able to handle it and the game would crash. Maybe I'll run some tests sometime.

Hmm, possibly so. I was imagining it'd be possible if the minecarts just acted as if the tracks were placed on blocks below them, but not sure.

However, I don't know if it can be attributed to your DoorUnleashed mod, but after installing a bunch of mods, I noticed double doors don't work right anymore. What I mean is you cannot pass between them like they're one big open space when opened. Instead, I have to pass through one or the other, even though graphically there's room (nearly) two blocks wide. Since your mod is the only one I downloaded that effects doors, I figured I'd come here first to see if anyone else noticed this.

Yeah I noticed it and I know its a bug. However, I cannot think of any way to fix it.. I've tried decompiling the door class, *not even modifying it*, then recompiling it and putting it back into minecraft. This still yields the error. So something is going wrong when I decompile it or recompile it. Not the modifications that I made. If it bugs ya, I suppose just remove the mod.
Thank you so much for the breathing apparatus and for linking it with pumpkins. I had just been asking if someone could possibly mod this in yesterday evening and low and behold the next morning it was there. Are you Santa?
Seriously though, this has just expanded the atmosphere of my texture pack no-end. My diving helmet/pumpkin will be unleashed soon!
Once again, thank you so much for adding to the minecraft experience.
Godspeed with the homework. You get top marks from me for this mod alone. I've not even looked at your others.
mz.class -- Removes pumpkin graphical obstruction while in 1st person view.
Would it be possible to make a version of the breathing apparatus mod that doesn't remove the graphical obstruction from 1st person view, so that us texture modders that want to have a particular hud display can edit the 'pumpkinblur.png' file.
I've not tested the mod yet, so I hope I'm understanding what you mean above.
BreathingApparatus 1.2
dv.class -- Breaking blocks underwater is not slowed by 5x anymore.
gx.class -- Infinite underwater breathing while wearing a pumpkin.
lk.class -- Hold LControl to disable slow movement underwater.
mz.class -- Removes pumpkin graphical obstruction while in 1st person view.
Very nice, I've been wanting something for working underwater!
I have two questions though:
Would it be possible to make the benefits of dv.class only apply when wearing a pumpkin?
Wouldn't it be easier to replace pumpkinblur.png with a blank png rather than replace a class file?
Thanks for the compatibility though :biggrin.gif:
Added StackMod 0.01a compatibility.

Also, that breathing apparatus will be so goddamned helpful because I love building underwater, but it can be such a pain sometimes.
I second that motion.

Why would you use 1.1.2_01 anyways? There is no reason.

I do stuff.
Water World ftw! I can see it now. A world completely covered by water except for isolated patches of land. I like it. =D
