Yeah, been coding the second (MCSharp being the first to appear) C# server around here, only began today so it's not something to be proud of just yet, either way I thought I should tell everybody.
Done:
- Sending Heartbeats to Master Server and retrieving a server address. (I'm still sending them at insane speeds, gotta slow that down)
Everything else like physics will be mostly made with lua scripts.
And the reason I'm making my own instead of joining the MCSharp team is because I've been away from coding for a good while and I need to get my skills up again so I prefer to do it alone and investigate on my own, etc.
It's cool that you are doing this for yourself and not to compete. There seems to be a battle going on and it's kind of annoying. Open Source is always good.

- Read/Write map files.
- Read/Write config/log/etc files.
- Client/Server communication.
- Lua Scripting support.

It's just you
- Class and functions for Text file writing/reading.
- Class and functions for Binary (e.g. Map) file writing/reading.
- Server now logs all actions to a log.txt file.
- Server now saves server url on externalurl.txt file.
