Hi! What I want to do is place a block below the player on server-side (so no world#setBlockState). I have looked in other client's code which were on github, idk probably they were using different versions, but it wasn't a thing for me. The two codes that do exist and should do this thing are:
mc.playerController.func_178890_a(mc.thePlayer, mc.theWorld,mc.thePlayer.getHeldItem(), bp,EnumFacing.DOWN, new Vec3(mc.thePlayer.posX,mc.thePlayer.posY,mc.thePlayer.posZ));
mc.thePlayer.sendQueue.addToSendQueue(new C08PacketPlayerBlockPlacement(bp.add(0,-1,0), 0, mc.thePlayer.getHeldItem(), (float)Client.x(),(float)Client.y()-1F,(float)Client.z()));
Both of these worked in singleplayer as expected, but not in multiplayer. What am I doing wrong?
