But I'm not using the same IDE as the author, I'm using NetBeans with Maven. Other difficulty I'm having, my developement skills are much more developed in C#, JavaScript, PHP... than in the Java world.
A first this is that I see that in this model project, I see and import:
import org.bukkit.plugin.java.JavaPlugin;
And I don't get it this reference is supposed to come from the paper-xxx.jar file or from another source (taking in consideration that Paper is supposed to be Bukkit compatible.
I'm trying to write a kind of "Hello world" plugin for Paper 1.13.2 server.
I downloaded this "starter project": https://papermc.io/forums/t/papermc-plugin-starter-project/1625
