I installed MCP and Forge on my Mac a few days ago. Even though Forge is supposed to download MCP for you (or something along those lines), it didn't work for me either. What did work:
1. Download the latest MCP release from here. Unzip the archive (most likely done for you already)
2. Download the latest Forge SOURCE package. Unzip that and place the forge folder inside your MCP directory.
3. Run the install script in the forge folder. It should work.
Opening Eclipse and selecting the eclipse folder inside your MCP directory as the workspace should be successful.

What did you do?
Never mind, got mine to work :).
Download latest forge. Should solve it
