I'm new to modding, so I hope I will make a good first-mod.
I intend to make a block called Incinerator. basically its a furnace that burns alot more things.
It converts useless things such as dirt into scraps, which will be grouped according to their material,
which can be used to create other things. Eg: incinerating a trapdoor(wooden) will give you 4 wood scraps.
Using around, say, 6 scraps, I can recreate them into 2 sticks!
So basically I tried to understand how furnace works but I can't seem to make any sense to me!
So can you explain the whole thing? Thanks alot!

a regular furnace works like this
item(wood,sand,iron ore,)-->smelted item(charcoal,glass,iron ingot)

How do I make it Modloader Compatible? Can I PM Tyrador or Ercinee my .java file?
