This modpack is absolutely fantastic, better than any modpack I have played so far, thank you for making it. (Maybe I'll change my mind once I get to the Zividecco stage but for now I am absolutely loving it) One minor detail I especially appreciate is the custom descriptions you added to some items explaining what they are for and how to get them. If there's one thing to complain about is the seemingly nonsensical rewards you get from quests, most of my quests have been left unclaimed due to me not wanting to fill up my storage with random junk, I would rather get no rewards at all.
Hello! Enjoying the pack a lot. Just come across a problem though. Finally got to craft my Awakened Ichorium Shovel (did it first for the quests that it unlocks), but it can't Vein Mine! Gonna have to keep using my old Manasteel Shovel for the time being, would love to see this fixed.

2. Why did not the machine recipes from Thermal Expansion change like a Machine Frame of the same tier?
Players chooses the easy way of crafting: Basic Machine Frame -> Basic Machine -> ... -> Resonant Machine. In my opinion, this is breaks down the balance of the gameplay.

So I made the update to 1.5.7, and I apologize I haven't included your Thermal Expansion idea. I haven't found a way to add the "Locking" recipe for each Machine, so their recipe stayed the same for now. Even though I spent quite some time actually changing over some recipes to use the correct Machine Frame. Also, this disables their upgrade possibility - but I'm also not sure how to add upgrade crafting without making the Machines lose their contents and Augments.
Hello, love this modpack. Im currently playing through with a friend of mine and as I am hosting the server, as expected I get less than 1ms of ping. I am running the modpack with 6gbs of ram which runs fine. I am also running the server with 1gb of ram. (as I only have 8 in total) My problem is that mobs, blocks, teleporting and such are constantly lagging around. How much ram would you recommend to run the server on? As any higher and I'd have to run the server on a different computer. Thanks in advance!
1 GB RAM for a server if definitely not going to be enough. I recommend at least 4 GB RAM. Unfortunately with 8 GB in your PC you're almost cutting the line between being able to run the server and the client at the same time, and not being able to do so. As you and your friend start expanding and start having multiple automation setups going (which is obviously gonna be hugely necessary), you're going to start to see your FPS dropping more and more over time.
I've talked about this already, and no. AE2 Stuff is great, but it comes with an easy way to constantly crash the server, and there is a known duplication bug included in it. You can easily automate everything without it with AE2 and EnderIO.
Early to Mid Game - Ender IO's Advanced Photovoltaic Cells in the Eden dimension with a tesseract. They don't work in the End dimension, BTW. Later on down the line, I hear that the dream world dimension is eternal day as well.
Late game - Netherstar Generators (later game) give 40,000 RF/t
For the reactors, on a server, I made a 17x17x3 reactor (or so - forget the exact dimensions) that gave 42,000 RF/t. This pretty much used up all of my early game resources. I never use the x64 generators - they use up too much fuel too quickly.
Magmatic Dynamos gives 80RF/t (pyrotheum lasts a lot longer, too). These are usually my early go-to power option.
Ok so new problem, I am trying to automate my runic altar, for the creation of runes, problem is that AE2 can't recognize the inscription tools. I have it set to allow substitutions so, is there just no way to automate it?
Hi folks, absolutely addicted to the pack. Having an issue though... clearly I'm doing something wrong and will be eternally grateful to anyone who can help! Have got a Blood Magic altar Tier 3. Was working fine and my sacrificial orb was giving 200 LP per cut. I wanted to get this up so made the first of my self sacrifice runes and replaced a blood rune with it. I expected this to now give me 220 LP per cut. However, I only got 22 LP! I removed the self sacrifice rune and put the blood rune back. Now I get 20 LP. Even with the self sacrifice rune it's going to take me ((1000+2500)/22)*2 = 320 cuts to get another self sacrifice rune... which may well reduce it to 2LP per cut! That can't be right surely.... I though it increased the LP per cut not drastically reduced it.
Any ideas?? Many thanks!
EDIT : Resarted no change, but then restarted again... now working!! weird
Hi. Is it normal that quest book restarted all quests? I haven't played for a while and now that I'm playing again all my completed quests are gone and I don't know if I have to start over again
I seem to be having a problem with me auto-crafting in my world. For some strange reason every time i log in now my ME Auto-Crafting set-up keeps not working. What i mean by this is that, if i don't manually go through all my patterns in the interfaces and click and replace them back in then i can't auto-craft anything. Now I've tried removing the dense cable and replacing it and still nothing. The dense cable is not touching any other cables and is connected to it on side of the controller, so i don't know what going on right now. If anyone has come across this issue and can help please do i will check back in a bit.
Any one else having issues opening the quest book. One day working fine and the next can no longer open the quest book, can open other books just not that one
"/ftb_mode set easy" is not working, server says "Gamemode does not exist!". How can i fix this? Putting Divine RPG ores in SAG Mill gives you dust version from CustomThings mod but you can't do anything with those dusts. You can't make ingot with them. Maybe JEI recipes are missing or they're all junk: "Rupee Dust 6299:6", "Realmite Dust 6299:15", "Netherite Dust 6299:17" Both Alloy smelter and redstone furnace not accepting those dusts. (version 1.5.7 from twitch launcher) *modpack folder in server was wrong. Copying modpack folder from client fixed all.
This is probably the stablest modpack i ever played in my life. Im glad to stop playing packs in latest minecraft version. Thanks for the pack,

You guys should add the build craft mod to this mod pack it would be really helpful but if you do please make it so the quarry is more easier to make than the elder quarry
hello, i'm really really loving this modpack and was playing it in expert mode with some friends on a server but i've come to a questionable decision... The Achivement book progression is very linear and helpful even for those new players who try mods they never touched before. The Achievement 58 (Craft Filled Socket and make all pieces of the bound armor) and the achievement 62 (advance to a Tier 4 Altar and setup the Well of suffering who requires dusk runes.....) are kinda messed up... To do this in order, you must atleast have a mana pool for the managlass you need in the achievement 58 and a runic altar with a of more later on botania rune (the rune of pride), which you'll start crafting "ONLY" on achievement 69 for te dusk elemental inscription tool from blood magic that is consumable and you'll need 3 of them with other very complex later on botania runes for the ritual diviner upgrade.... now, i know that this is an expert modpack which is even harder than Project Ozone 2 on Titan mode, but isn't this kinda of bad choke point? i mean, normally for the inscriber tools you just need some simple overworld or nether things...

tried to delete WCT mod but it makes this modpack unplayable, so i tried other solution and it worked. You can able to craft from WirelessCraftingTerminal so i give everyone 1 WCT, 1 security chest and 1 wireless access point in my server.

Did anyone actually able to find the twilight forest labyrinth in this pack? I spent 4-5 hours with flying around with magic maps, passed thousands of chunks, deleted dim-7 several times and tried with different twilight forest settings including old generation options but its not generating the labyrinth.
Hello I have done all the steps to make this a server but i can not run the forge server startup i have followed all the steps but it just wont open please could i get some help
Hi, loving the pack! Just started my adventure and only just returned from the first mining adventure and am noticing a issue about survival. Playing in hard mode hunger has been a huge hassle, I looked through all the foods available and see the largest meal is 3 meat shanks which is not available to craft until I get mushrooms from DivineRPG. Leaving me left to go out and hunt for innocent cows, pigs, and chickens only to return to cook the spoils to find that only 1 meat shank is restored.
What Im curious about, is what food source is available, or are we supposed to just go for the healing axe asap?
Edit: To add onto this further every edible item only stacks up to 16 items and the quests for farming want me to gather 3 full stacks (64) items.
