"The Minecraft Ascension Modpack's (TMAM's) goal is to automate the world around the player, while also drastically changing the environment and creating new, harder obstacles through which the player must endure!"

26/Oct./2014 - Hi guys! We are back! TMAM is now out of its Beta, and we are into our official releases! I had taken a break from modding to pursue a staff position on my favorite vanilla/bukkit server (www.wpnuserver.com, for the interested). I've had some free time lately due to the bukkit issues that have come out, and I've fallen in love with mods again. So now, TMAM is back and better than ever with 77 jam-packed mods, to accommodate every type of minecraft player! Even better, we have compiled a server version so you can now play TMAM with your friends! Please be courteous, this will be a WIP page for a few days, but I hope you guys have fun, and always ask away if you have suggestions, comments, or concerns!
Important: These instructions are for computers running Windows. The install instructions for other operating systems are similar, and will be added here in the future. Important: If you want your world to only contain EBXL biomes, select a vanilla world type. If you would like EBXL and BOP biomes, select the Biomes o' Plenty world type. If you would like EBXL, BOP, and Highlands Biomes select the Highlands world type.
Client - MultiMC (Recommended):
Download TMAM (Client Version) and download MultiMC at http://multimc.org, and save it to your computer. Run MultiMC and add your Minecraft Account to MultiMC by using the Accounts button in the top right.
Create an Instance by clicking the Add a new Instance button on the top right. Give the instance a logo, name, and set its Version to 1.7.10. Click OK to create the instance.
Right Click on the instance, and select Edit Mods. In the Version tab, click on the Install Forge button in the middle right. Double Click on Forge 10.13.2.1231 and then click OK to install the Forge API.
(Recommended) On the left side of the window, go to the Settings tab. Check the Memory checkbox, and set the Maximum memory allocation to 1536 MB and the PermGen to 256 MB. (These values may differ from player to player!) Close the Edit Instance window to apply the changes.
Right Click on the instance and select Instance Folder. Then go into the minecraft folder.
Open the TMAM download. Drag all of the folders inside the TMAM .zip file into the minecraft folder you just opened. Close both the TMAM .zip file and the minecraft folder.
Double-Click the instance in MultiMC, a Minecraft Log will appear, and will create the Minecraft Instance, have fun playing!
Client - Minecraft Launcher:
More info coming soon - The basics are: Download TMAM, install forge for a minecraft profile using the Forge Installer Included in the modpack, copy all folder from the modpack into the .minecraft folder, set the minecraft profile to use 1536 MB of Maximum memory allocation and 256 MB of PermGen. Then Play
Server - Minecraft Server:
More info coming soon - Server version has still not had a complete check for bugs.
Permissions. Where are they? Just saying you have them doesn't cut it, from what I've heard.
Both downloads are corrupted; they terminate at least 10 MB before the DL is completed.
Regarding your concerns,
Permissions can be found on the individual mod's pages, found on the Mod List page under Important Links. If you have any specific questions about any specific mod's permissions, please ask.
The reason for the update was due to a couple mods that I had accidently placed in this modpack that were not supposed to be in it, please redownload the modpack for it to be up to date.
I've also included a Mirror for both the Client and the Server versions, in case you have problems with the main download. (I don't know why you had issues, I had a few other people who were able to play it after downloading from the same link.)
