I wouldn't call a GTX 970 average. Thats still on the slightly higher spectrum of GPUs. Its not a 1080, true, but its not an onboard card or a small dedicated, like a single fan GTX 580 or similar.
Sorry dude but when people search for Performance Shaders for low end devices they mean ones that look okay and that can give you at least 20+ fps on their computer. For most shaders the simplest test is to get at least a constant 200+ fps on normal mc without optifine. but some people dont get even 100. So they look for a shader that gives them okay performance on their bad computer.
But your shader does look incredible and I know that if you spend more time on it then you can make it run faster.

Its no better than other shader packs, if not I found this giving me worst frames than other packs.

I tried this shader and these are my results.
Default Minecraft : 120+ fps
Your Shader : 6-8 fps
SFLP Shaders Low - Medium : 20+ fps
