I start a game. Some stone already on the stockpile. I put stone to the (left) chest, the stone count is decreased in the chest, but I don't see any changes on stockpile. This is bug. If I remove some stone from the stockpile (via switch), and then I put again stone to the (left) chest, I see changes (increase) on the stockpile.

Similar as previous, after game started, some stone available on the left chest (stockpile input). But certainly (see bug #1) I dont see any changes on the stockpile. I change the switch, few stone arrived on the right chest (stockpile output), then I change the switch. The result, about the half of the stone in the stockpile has disappear... lol.
I just found out your mod and wanted to create a modpack around it.
I was a bit tired of the normal storage in minecraft, and bored that we could stock thousands of tons of stone or wood in a simple chest.
So the goal of my modpack will be around real storage and create real factories around it. It will have quests in form of "contracts", like for example, produce X items per day and sell them. Like create 10 wood axes per day. Doing that contract will unlock more complicated stuff, etc.
So imagine this. You have a factory, all start with a big pile of wood, then you have conveyor belts that take from that initial pile of wood and roll items to different machine that will craft sticks into a new pile, then other conveyor belts that take sticks and wood to a machine that will craft crates of wood axes to be delivered to the exit. There there will be a sell zone where those items are automatically sold to complete the contract.
I have just a little problem with this after a few quick tests, is that I dont understand how to pick up items from your pile, to put them into the conveyor belts.
Could you help me with that?
Also, could you give me the autorization to modify your mod if I need to to fit the needs of my modpacks !
With current popular mods using more and more multi-block structures, like the Create mod, this storage mod would fit sooo well into the mix. i really hope @ dmillerw will update to current MC or allow someone else to pick up the torch.
