This crash report is from a bug in minecraft, not CubicCore or NeighborCraft.. You can see a very similar error -here-
Although the mods and the crash description are different, they both come from a fatal flaw in minecraft itself.. There is also a solution in that thread, apparently minecraft has problems with render distances greater than 16..

im using jammys furniture, bibliocraft, carpenters blocks, better foliage, davincing, custom npcs, decocraft, crayfish furniture, flans mod, malisis doors/core, moreplayermodels, and then of course cubiccore and neighborcraft.
So far, I've got most of the coding done, it's just converting the models that's delaying the release.

Well, from what the report says, "FML has discovered extracted jar files in the mods directory. This breaks mod loading functionality completely.Remove the directories and replace with the jar files originally provided." It seems FML found something that isn't a mod in your mod folder, which is strange, and the report doesn't point out any mods as the cause. For now, it's a mystery.

The screenshots of this mod are great, but the 1.7.10 version crashes and it's NeighborCraft mod. Tested only Forge, Forge and OptiFine, Forge and other mods, Forge and CubicCore, etc. But when i add NeighborCraft it crashes. I don't have a crash report because i moved to 1.12.2. Are you going to update this mod to 1.11.x and 1.12.x? Thanks!
Having two versions of CubicCore at once will crash, so just use 1.0.3, which should work with both mods.
