Ok, but will normal minecraft and other mods items will be also be placable?
No, I can't change vanilla items or other mods items without core modding, and that is extremely complex and time consuming. But I can definitely do it to my own mods items.
For vanila I recommend the placeable items mod by Ferdz. Unfortunately it is not for 1.8, they completely skipped over it in favor of 1.9

The model you grabbed is the alpha 3 model, but the texture is alpha 2. I've had a lot of problems with finding the textures for the alpha 3 models as they are not named clearly(example, I looked at the wrench model in alpha 3 which is very different from alpha 2, the texture was called: blue, not wrench like the alpha 2).

1.Add foods from Hello Neighbor like: Green Apples, Tomato's, Chinesse Food, etc:
2.Add throwable Glue and Tomato's and when will hit mob they will slow it down.
3.Add Frying Pan (deal 4 damage) and Ultra Violet lamp (deal 5 damage and slow down mod it hits).
4.Add furniture from Hello Neighbor that other furniture mods doesnt add. (Like Blue Lamp, Small Yellow Map from Alpha 2)
5.Add to Neighbor option that sometimes he'll be doing yoga, sometimes go to sleep, etc:

Good Ideas, could really bring this mod to a better level. Foods are something I can definitely do, you can count on it for 1.0.6. I can make the throwable glue act like a snowball that places a carpet that looks like glue and acts like glue, expect it for 1.0.6. Tomatoes will be really easy, also expect them for 1.0.6. Frying pan sounds easy, and will be easy, expect it for 1.0.6, same with Ultra Violet Lamp. I'll look into adding furniture in, could take a while though. The Neighbor will do stuff like that, I'm looking into creating animations, not just for the neighbor but also the beartrap.

cubic not finding the texture I made a photoshop only problem is that there are many separate packages I send you the file open it with photoshop make sure you have the 3D mode

Hi, sorry for the late response. I've been looking through the texture files one by one in the source I decompiled. I think I found the textures for alpha 3, I'll be testing them when I get back from my uncle's birthday party, hopefully it will end by 8 o'clock. I don't know why they kept the alpha 2 models in the source when they don't use them. In 1.0.5 I think I'll have 2 versions of the crowbar and magnet gun, 1 alpha 3, the other alpha 2.

What do you mean by "bypass"? A bug with another mod you say, I'll try to contact the mod author and see about getting compatibility made, if I can't I'll try to create a secondary mod that requires NeighborCraft and Fragile Glass to run and creates a link between them(I like this option).

p.s:If you could get the texture of the sun key(can be found by going in ghost mode and going through the basement(missing the door of course) in alpha 2) in inventory like the red key. That would be great as it's one of the only things i'm missing(this + the inventory texture of the rusty key).

Hello again! Today I was seeing some things for the mod for future updates, this is all I could find since the last time
1)white doors (alternative texture), that is to say:
2)windows and stones droppable(To distract the neighbor)
3)The candles (in the basement of alpha 2),Similar to torches
4)the garage lever, With the same function as a normal lever
