I think I might have a few suggestions that may make the mod even better. You could implement a mini quest that adds a war with creepers and villagers.
Quest Plot: when obtained the keys to the city, you can go to a creeper Mayor and tell them about the villagers. You have an option to leave them be or start a war. When the war is started more well protected villages under villager control spawn and each side would try to take over the others when you are in the city/village. When this happens for the first time, you either help the side that is trying to take over or you attack them. This would effect your influence on each side.
New mobs:
Creeper suicide Bomber:
When the quest is activated, there is a 1 in 5 chance when near a village controlled by normal villagers, a suicide bomber creeper parachutes its way into the village trying to kill the villages mayor. If successful, the village will become under creeper control.
Villager Mayor:
The Mayor is important in every village. If killed, the village will become under creeper control.
Villager Liberators:
With the quest active, there is a one in five chance that these villagers will spawn when you are in the city and attempt to liberate a creeper city with villagers who are trapped inside cells within.If successful, the city will become under villager control.
Creeper Dictator and the Villager Sovereign:
When you take over 5 creeper or Villager villages, a Creeper Dictator Spawns (if sided with villagers) or a Villager Sovereign spawns ( if sided with creepers) and try to kill you near their territory. If killed, the other sides leader spawns and gives you useful armour and a weapon.
Weapons/Armour (i'm not american)
Creeper Tech Armour (C.T.A for short)
grants you ability to explode, your immune to explosions, creepers won't attack you and you get a speed boost when near ocelots. However Ocelots try to kill you and they are quite strong. Villagers don't want to trade and Villager Mayor sends Iron Golems to kill you on their territory.
Radiant Emerald Armour (R.E.A for short)
Villagers have reasonable trades and often give you discounts and extra items than stated. Iron Golems start protecting you by following you.You get regeneration 2 forever and resistance 2. However, when near zombies, you get a slowness effect , you hit weaker against them and you suddenly start attracting more.
Creeper Laser Blaster:
No Ammo, never breaks, shoots rapidly and deals 2 damage per hit.(doesn't matter as it shoots like four at once rapidly)
Emerald Excalibur
Never Breaks, grants user strength 3, makes user quick, deals ten damage and spawns in temporary iron golems which only last one minute.

When I created a new world, I found so many structures from other mods and two normal villages. However, I didn't find one creeper village. Is there a way to increase the spawn rate of these villages?

I'm guessing the Voxels mod can't handle too many mods because of the whole price checker error. The mod only works with a limited amount of mods depending on how many items are being added.

No, there's no limit to the number of items you can have in the Price Checker. It only fails when there's an item that has something unusual about it (half-entries in OreDictionary), and most of those exceptions are caught now in 1.0.2. If you have a problem, please post your modlist/crash and I will look into it!
Voxels now works with all mods I've tested at this point, so just need to keep finding the exceptions.
I see no issues with the TARDIS mod. Please check out version 1.0.2 of Voxels.

1.0.2 is the version of this mod i have…I'm not sure why its working for you whereas it won't for me but i can't use the tardis mod with voxels….the tardis mod requires cofh core AND dark core to work…i can have both cofhcore and dark core installed with voxels without any issues but when the tardis mod itself is installed it won't work for me

Ok, found the issue. Was in the wrong instance this morning and so didn't see the issue.
It's another issue with OreDictionary (items registered, but with null values), which was causing a crash in both Tardis and TechGuns, as you pointed out. Thanks for the follow up message. I'll update to 1.0.3 shortly.
- Fixes an issue with the Price Checker, which, when finding null items in OreDictionary, caused a crash back to Main Menu after trying to launch world.
- Fixes compatibility with TechGuns, Tardis Mod and others....

How much of a delay are we talking about? And how many mods do you have installed?

i think that might be happening because that person has a lot of mods installed and it takes a while for his/her computer to process it when they search something in NEI..i also think many people use NEI only for the crafting recipes, without realizing that theres an alternative. the craft guide mod is easier to use than NEI and i think its also easier on the computer. if you really don't need all those other fancy do-dads of NEI and just want crafting recipes then get the craft guide mod here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1277913-craftguide-v1-6-8-2
that person might also want to try cleaning old files and junk off their computer to free up some ram and storage….im not sure why but sometimes when my computer runs slowly, i can just delete a few junk files and that seems to help speed it up again…it might help with others too

No, when I remove Voxels NEI is just fine..... and I only have 49 mods. 10-15 second delay.
Plus, I just ran CCleaner, so there should be no junk files.
