Just uploaded a new version. This one allows you to toggle the mod by pressing the F12 key. It also provides compatibility with the backelytra mod in earlier versions.
For those of you having troubles with 1.10.2: I cannot duplicate your issues on my end. Would you be able to tell me what Forge version you are using? It might be that Forge changed something recently. Also, if anyone does not have troubles with 1.10.2, please let me know your Forge version so I can better isolate the issue.
After some testing, It seems to only gitter at lower heights, for instance, if i fly up really high it'll stop but once i get lower it happens again, another thing i found is when i activate a shader it stops but i can also see the first person hand which is another bug, but im pretty sure you're aware of that one.
So my guess without any coding knowledge it might be something related to shader rendering.
My forge was forge1.10.2-12.18.1.2046 but i tried updating it to the lastest forge-1.10.2-12.18.1.2063-installer and it still gittered
Lastly i doubt this has anything to do with it, but maybe it's happening because of the type of video card I have which is an AMD Radeon R9 200.
If there's anything else you need information wise i will do my best to help out
Hello! This is Mod very good! Iwant to reprint this Mod on a Chanese forum called MCBBS (mcbbs.net) to let more people enjoy this Mod.I really hope you can agree. Thanks.
The map item on 1.8 and 1.7.10 (not sure with 1.9 or 1.10) will appear as the sprite and maybe for the dying animation you can make the view fall to the left with the rest of your body (minor but it would be pretty cool )

I can say for certain it's not your graphics card. Sounds like something's messing with the rendering code at specific spots. Do you have any mods that could be messing with the rendering system?

Not messing with animations, as they require major code changes. I can do something about the maps, however....

When sheathing M&B Battlegear weapons in 1.7.10 I get a visual bug and message saying. "OpenGL Error: 1283 (Stack overflow)" and the following error.

Strangely, disabling and reenabling the mod fixed the problem until the client restarts.
I can say for certain it's not your graphics card. Sounds like something's messing with the rendering code at specific spots. Do you have any mods that could be messing with the rendering system?
Unfortunately, I didn't have any other mods installed, but i can say the gitters started at 3.3.0 version, 3.2.0 seems to work perfectly fine aside from using the elytra which isn't too bothersome for the most part, so might just stick with it for the meantime, but i will test any future versions you come up with!
New version has a config file that lets you disable RFPR when holding specific items. Maps, compasses, and clocks are default, but you can also add Flan's guns and other items.

That's not RFPR fault. I see a bunch of BattlegearRenderHelper and SmartMovingRenderPlayerBase mentioned in there, though. Sounds like one of them isn't fully encapsulating their OpenGL code.

Give the new version a try. I went and tweaked a bit of the code backwards, so hopefully it gets rid of the error. I've encountered the jittering bug before, and haven't been able to pin down exactly what causes it.
Strange how shaders can work with third person changing mods but not a first person one.
Question though is it possible to stop steves head from going down pass his front body after that it doesn't make any sense to go further. Also when sleeping his body floats don't know if that can be fixed or nah. This is all in 1.7.10.
I decided to play with just this mod & M&B Battlegear 2 to see if they worked. They did, for a moment, but then this beautiful event occurred:

Now look, buddy. I'm an Engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like 'what is beauty', because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. Like, how am I going to stop some big, mean mother-hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work: Use more gun. Like this heavy-caliber, tripod-mounted little ol' number designed by me. Built by me. And you'd best hope, not pointed at you.

Not sure what you mean by 'going down pass his front body'. Sleeping is something I can look at, though.

I had the same problem as you. For me it was MCA causing the problem. I just reverted to an older version of RFP and it seemed to fix the problem

前进。我有其他人转载我的一些修改,对MCBBS,所以我知道它是如何工作的。只是一定要放一个链接回到这个页面并给予信贷。
Not messing with animations, as they require major code changes. I can do something about the maps, however....

How to hide hand if i play with shaders?

It's the same thing happening to me. The OpenGL error.
Thanks, I'm guessing it is tied to M&B, however?

Moving your head further than this point doesn't really help in anything.
