Not from scratch scratch. Basically the Minecraft interface changed almost completely, and as our code is very much interleaved with the interface, we'd have to trace every call to every method and change to the new interface. It's almost certainly faster to take the part of the code that doesn't actually depend on Minecraft (or very little) and copy that but the other parts are faster rewritten from scratch.

Hello i like your mod very much but im having problem with worldedit mod it making me conflicts with my plugins in a Cauldron server i can't use the updated mod curently im using the older version with no worldedit mod. Is there anyway with not using world edit mod ??

They are working on migrating this mod to 1.9/1.10 Forge. It takes time because they have to rewrite a lot of codes so please be patient

Bowgun doesn't work. About hunting horns, if you are talking about the notes thing, no it doesn't work either. Hunting horns are just simple weapons for now.
