Hello! I really love this mod and I'm happy to see it's developing actively.
I've got a suggestion for you. I'm one of the admins of a Minecraft server and players want to have a big map which includes all the generated chunks. I myself is using your map in my server and I think it's really a great map. But if I want to have a whole map of the server, I probably need to go over the whole world to generate a whole map, which is inefficiency. I wonder if there is any solution to solve the problem, like one key to get the whole world's map and then export as a png file.

Thanks! You can download the server world save and open it in singleplayer. The map will generate for the whole generated world as you view it in the world map, without having to explore it. Once the whole map generates, export it as PNG. Hopefully this works for you!
A possibility for adding waypoints to the Better PVP Plugins config file so that everybody with this mod who joins your server can see them in a separate waypoint set wich updates on join. And maybe a possibility to add waypoints directly to the list from within the game if you have the right permissions.

Hey, so uh. The developer of OptiFine just added Forge support today, to the latest 1.15.2 preview (pre14). However, I'm now encountering a crash similar to the one I had with OptiForge, which I pestered you about on the minimap thread. This time, I'm correctly posting on the world map thread, lol.
It's worth noting that the minimum version of Forge supported by the latest OptiFine preview, is the latest development version of Forge - 31.1.63. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it, but I doubt it because I was using that version with the previous OptiFine preview (pre13) and your minimap/world map just fine.

Ok, I know what's wrong. Having Optifine deobfuscates func_187508_a() to getSprite(). Likely accidental, so it should probably be fixed on their end.
I recently updated this mod from 1.5.5 to 1.5.7. But now, the mod is reading from much older map data. I can't figure out which files the worldmap is reading from - I could only find that it was still reading from the same folder as before, which was %appdata%\.minecraft\XaeroWorldMap\Multiplayer_(serverip)_null\

I fixed a bug, so multiworld detection actually works now. It was using the wrong folder before. Read the "Your world map has "reset" for a specific server?" section in the mod description: link
The fix should work but it's a bit different for you because your currently used multiworld isn't the newest one. You can look at the dates of region files to figure out which one is currently used though. Make sure you make backups, of course. I'm currently working on a better multiworld system, which will save you from renaming folders. It is what it is until then :S

for example, i log in to survival1 in a bungeecord network. the map reads and writes correctly
however if i do /server survival2 it does not switch the world map. instead, it continues writing data to what is supposed to be survival1's world map.
when i log out of the bungeecord entirely and log back in to survival2 though, it reads and writes to the correct world map.
but then when i go back to survival1, i have to relog or else it will do a similar thing to what i just described

Is it the same for waypoints? It might because of a bug on their end where you don't get updated compass coordinates when switching worlds.

the waypoints change to the correct set when i switch between servers. when opening the map, i can see the correct waypoints at the correct locations on the wrong worldmap

Wow, this is actually real. I just tested it. I guess I didn't really fix the bug then. I clearly remember everything working fine before the release. Surprised not many people reported it. I'm reworking multiworld stuff for the next update, so this fix will fit right in. Thank you very much!

It's probably the issue you're experiencing. There's also a bug in the multiworld detection but I doubt it's affecting you. I'm currently working on making dealing with multiple maps on the same address easier.

The settings for the world map are not in Forge's mod settings. Xaero has his own ingame settings menu, which I have bound to the F9 key. I don't recall what the default is, but check your keybinds to see.
It has its own section of keybinds:

The real problem is that Forge adds the SRG named method func_187508_a() in BakedQuad:
https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/blob/1.15.x/patches/minecraft/net/minecraft/client/renderer/model/BakedQuad.java.patch#L40
SRG names should only be used for deobfuscated methods.
The func_187508_a() was existing in 1.14.4 mappings, but it doesn't exist in 1.15.2 and is only added by Forge.
I will add it for now with comment to clean it up when the Forge patch is fixed.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. What do you mean by "booting up a separate VPS"? Separate in what way? If the server address stays the same, it shouldn't affect the world map. The world name is not known on the client side anyway, so that's out of the picture.
