Would you consider another option for the switch, perhaps one less .. futuristic? Or perhaps more options in general?
I'd love to use this for something like a secret bookcase, or door, or just something where the lever or button or whatever won't fit unless the build is adjusted considerably, but look of the button itself wouldn't really fit, for these purposes.
A few ideas for this are:
- A symbol you push that sinks into the wall, sort of like what you'd find in an adventure film (i.e. National Treasure, Indiana Jones)
- A torch you pull (similar to the Torch Levers mod),
- Something Steampunk-ish, though a specific example escapes me at the moment
- Vault wheel (like on a bank door)
All of these could be connected up the same way the current switch is, just reskinned (in some situations, though others might need a new animation, like the vault wheel idea).
I'm curious what you, and others think of these ideas. Thanks for your time.

I do want more variants for the switches. But the limitation comes from my ability to makes the textures and/or models.
The more basic one only require the on and off textures and can be added with pretty much no code at all.
For more advanced types with 3D models, it's would need a bit more work, but that's doable (after all, animations system is already in place and used for MalisisDoors). But again, it'd be better if I were provided the models and textures.
Unfortunately it was the latest add to my now 80 Mod single player personal pack. I was just hoping you had seen this before.
I can work with it and if I find something I will let you know.
Again, Thank You for your time!
Test it without the other mods. If it doesn't happen, it means one of your 79 mods is causing an incompatibility. In that case, finding which one would help me fix it.

So I made a test world with the newest Forge and it works fine now. I went to update my old world with the new Forge,,,CRASH..lol Even my backups got corrupted. What a way to go.
So no problem with your Mod!

If there is an incompatibility with another, it' still possible I'm responsible for it. Even if I'm not, it might be a good idea to notify the other mod's author anyway.
I don't see anything wrong in the log. I'll see with the Sponge guys tomorrow.
Did you ever find anything out about this issue? I've run in to it myself now. After some testing I can definitely confirm there's an issue with the switches when Sponge is being used.
I seen to be having a problem getting the switches to work in 1.10. I have linked a switch and a restone item (like a lamp) together and when I turn the switch on I get no signal. How do I properly control the switches, or is this a bug?

All I know is that Sponge modifies a method I use and somehow my modifications are not reached. Not sure why, or how to fix it.

If you see the red or green line going from the switch to the lamp, that means it's properly connected. Then you just need to right click the switch like you would do a button.
If that doesn't work (and you're not using Sponge), post logs.

I have a few suggestions for new switches.

awsome mod
Hello! I really like the idea of this mod! Great Mod!
I'm having a little problem though. When I try to place the switch on the face of a block it tries to place itself in the air.
If I place it on the bottom of a block it does just fine. Any ideas?
Thank you for your time!
I'm playing 1.10.2 with your latest versions.
Does it happen with only MalisisSwitches installed ?

What exactly do the relays and how do they work?
From the OP : A simple block than relays wirelessly input redstone current. Interacts with PowerLinker the same way Switches do.
