Any chance we could have the display able to be placed and text added by itself without the info creator block? Basically just like the vanilla sign, that you can slap on a chest to label it. The vanilla signs look kinda lame on say TE strongboxes, doesn't fit the tech/factory look. Your displays would look awesome in this capacity though.
- Added Channelled Cables, read from multiple inputs at once
- Added Channel Selector, bypass other inputs and select your primary one.
- Added Clock, basic functionality for Redstone signals at a specified interval, progress bar ability.
Changes
- Work on general efficiency
- Large changes to cabling systems, there might be bugs...
Fixes
- Mekanism Energy displaying as Negatives
- Large Display Screens interfering with others at different angles.
- Some crash, can't remember which one...
Further Info:
In terms of the Clock having other features, i'm still looking into it. Hopefully you'll be seeing countdowns and timers in the future, mainly having difficulty with World Time not saving, but they'll be a workaround no doubt.
I've looked into GregTech a bit, it's a pretty complicated mod from what I can see. Since I don't really know anything about it's quite hard to add support for it. What exactly do you want support for within the mod?

I have a question, is this just screens or can I build a factory out of it?
Alright nothing, I was scared after seeing the hammer that I'd end up with two factory mods xD
Edit: I just tested a thing and apparently it can't read Thermal Expansion's cook times, for example? Is this in progress or can I use something to display it?
Alright, no prob. The machines at max upgrade are incredibly fast anyways.
I've run into a problem where I have 8 chests, each with their nodes, connected via channeled cables to a inventory reader, then a display screen, but it onyl displays from one chest. Any help/stuff I should consider? :/
Send a screenshot. It's likely that what you're doing from is connecting Nodes to Nodes, at the moment Nodes don't act as cables, so you need one line of cable connecting all of them. It's pretty likely i'll let you do this in later version though.
I haven't started on Gregtech support yet, I have a lot of other stuff to fix first. Although any help would be really appreciated :). Are you a coder?
Love the new stuff coming. Can't wait! I had another idea, would it be possible for the info or inventory reader to output the number of items and/or stacks in an inventory, or whether or not the inventory is full, or something like that? I know the vanilla comparator can output redstone signals based on vannnilla chests fullness. I would be nice to have the ability to output a redstone signal if a chest is full using the redstone thing (forgot its name) based on some text or number given by the reader. Thanks!
Oh okay, yeah I get you I've put that on the list too.

Any chance that we can have some screenshot with the MC default look and not BDCraft?

So you want support for GregTech 5 Unofficial? I wasn't sure about this, so not GregTech 6?

Thanks :D. At the moment it can't, only got RF energy from TE, but I'll have a look through the api and see if it can be done for the next version
