the map what tells me the saved chunks is bugging as there were chunks shown that arent even saved
It shows chunks that were saved in the past too, but they should be in a different color. Is that what you're seeing?
(If you're colorblind, then I can see there being issues. I probably should add a second way of visualizing that data, because I know there are a lot of people who are colorblind -- for instance, Dinnerbone.)
No it just shows me chunks that arent saved because i checked the map in Overviewer and these Chunks arent saved in the world; the Chunks are in the same color as the chunks that i newly actually saved (im not colorblind lol)
This all isnt saved just 3 three chunks over and under the plus, and it happens nearly everytime i save the world
(to the second pic) also a very annoying thing is that this one chunk often gets left blank and i have to walk the entire way back just because of this one chunk and i dont even know if this is a bug and im wasting my time with walking

Hm, that image does look odd. That does sound like a bug, especially if only 3 chunks were saved despite you walking or stopping download. (Stopping download should save all the chunks in a square around you, usually of a radius of 8 chunks or so). Would you mind sending me the log file (if you haven't started the game again since then, it'd be in your multimc instance/logs/latest.log or you can copy from the output)? Upload it to pastebin.com or a similar site and send me a link.
i think the reason is, i have my render distance to 32 chunks set but the server only does 3 chunk render distance my theory is while saving, the 32 chunks render distance were loaded at the place i saved as i counted the chunks and its about 32 chunks wide but it makes a fail as it CANT load 32 chunks and you will see on the screen 32 chunks but in Reality its still 3 chunks render distance
now i try to have my render distance to three and i hope this will fix it.
Sorry for taking so long to reply (I've been busy lately).
The render distance part is plausible. Based on the logs, the server is only sending chunks up to 3 chunks away from you (for instance, 897, 1018 through 897, 1024, and then 898, 1018 through 898, 1024, and then 899, 1018 through 899, 1024). I assume that they have their server view distance set really low, especially given that they also have a queue to join (from the log as well) which indicates that they're running into performance limitations.
Note that server view distance being set to 3 doesn't stop you from seeing further out if you've already loaded those chunks; it only affects the distance at which the server will send new chunks (and update things in those chunks). So you'd be able to look behind you and see for 32 chunks, but looking forwards or to the sides will only show you 3. (I believe this has changed in 1.14, but I'm not 100% sure on that.)
To my understanding, though, only the chunks within that radius of 3 should be saved, not 32 out, even if your render distance is at 32. But I could see a bug like that happening (especially with the changes around different versions). That said, I'm fairly sure that it would happen after loading the downloaded world in singleplayer, since then the client view distance affects chunk loading. That would cause the game to load 32 chunks out (generating, by the default config, completely empty chunks). I don't know if that would explain the appearance on the menu, though. I am curious to see if setting your distance to 3 helps.
Regarding the single missing chunks: that's probably just related to your movement and the server not thinking you're close enough to load it (I don't remember the exact rules for that, though). It's annoying to need to walk back, but at least the GUI shows that there was something you missed (and, if you plan on making a second stripe, next to it, you can catch it then). It was a much bigger pain before that screen was added.
I should also note that I misunderstood you initially and thought you meant only 3 chunks total were saved, not chunks at a radius 3. On re-reading it I see my mistake; sorry for the confusion there.
Also, since I'm already commenting: I'm aware that 1.15 released. I don't have an ETA for a build for 1.15, but I hope to get something out before the end of 2019. It depends on how much time I have (currently it hasn't been too much).
ok thank you, also i set my render distance to 3 but same error happens, the theory with the error by entering the world sounds interesting but i think that this is the reason
Hello, downloaded a world, but the downloaded save isnt generating new chunks at all, only what i explored and saved online, is this normal? No new chunks generated as i explore offline
your theory is right it only happens if i enter the world.
I'll look into indicating chunks that were last saved after the world was downloaded in a different color. The time it was last saved at is already known by the same thing that warns about overwriting changes, so it shouldn't be too hard (though it may be harder for keeping that marking after downloading a second time, since I only track the last saved time once).

Yes, this is normal. By default, no new chunks are generated; only those that you saved while downloading are used. You can configure this in the generator settings menu while downloading (you will need to start and stop downloading once for those changes to be saved), but note that you will need to know the server's seed for normal terrain to match up properly.
I've released Version 4.0.6.0. This version adds support for 1.15 and 1.15.1, and also improves the saved chunks GUI.
Chunks that were saved after the download was finished (such as those generated or modified after opening the world in singleplayer) are now indicated differently on the saved chunks GUI
The saved chunks GUI no longer incorrectly hides some chunks that were saved previously after saving chunks near (0, 0) while downloading
Text on the saved chunks GUI is now located near the top, instead of near the bottom (where the date can get covered by the done button)
Added support for Minecraft 1.15 and 1.15.1
Partially fixed a crash when opening an inventory that isn't associated with a block (such as plugin-generated enderchests); see #137
Support for additional loaders didn't make it into this build, unfortunately; while I've made progress on targeting Forge and Fabric in 1.14/1.15 I haven't reached a point where it's stable enough/usable enough to include as an actual release. I'll continue working on it, though.
How do I actually use the request permission feature? I press the large "request permission to download" button, then the small "request perms" button, but the "submit request" button is always greyed out no matter what I type in the textbox. eg I type "downloadInGeneral=true" the text changes from red to green but the "submit request" button is still greyed out.

You'll need to press enter on the text box once the text is green. You can enter multiple requests like that.
Hey! I wanted to ask you if you could explain to me really quickly how to install the 1.15.1 version because I have absolutely no idea what to do with the .zip after downloading it. I know it's explained in the main post but I don't really understand it tbh.

You need to follow the base edit info in the installation instructions. Expand the MultiMC instructions and follow along with the pictures (do note that the pictures are rather old, though, and the image shows "add jar mod" but the button is now named "add to minecraft.jar"). You can get MultiMC from their website.

i will send you the log that i copied in private message (the log that i sent was from yesterday so idk if the error was a day before)
again the error (there was just a small stripe and one above it in yellow) so its like the error only happens after saving the map
now i think its happening EVERY time i save the chunks (second and third pic) whaat the
